What do our Family Law Accreditations mean
Back to NewsThis week has seen both John and Andrew attain accreditation with the Law Society and Resolution respectively. Other than having a shiny new logos that we can adorn our website and stationary with, what do they mean to you?
The Law Society explain that The Family Law Accreditation covers all types of family law work, except public law Children Act work, which is covered by the Children Law Accreditation. Members will have shown that they have and will maintain a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of family law.
Resolution explain that Resolution specialists are members who have chosen to test their skills and expertise through a rigorous assessment of their knowledge, abilities and way that they work with you and other people. Resolution specialists are proven experts in a range of areas of the law arising from family breakdown.
